Problems, Call Back

Your timely, informed follow-up with problems will
contribute to your good business reputation. The Problems,
Call Back feature prevents these issues from falling through the
cracks. At the Job Detail Screen, click the Problems, Call Back checkbox to flag the
job for follow-up. Use the comments section to document your
interaction with the customer. |

| To view the group of flagged jobs, click the Quick Update Menu button on the Customer Information Screen to open the Update Menu. Click Problems, Call Back.
This screen provides a view of all outstanding flagged jobs,
their contact information, and is a quick way to record
comments. Easily print a follow-up form to be sent with
crew. |

| Also print out groups of follow-up
reports by date range. The Follow-up List report provides a summary
of the outstanding problems. |
