Prepare professional looking estimates with your logo and contact information.  Estimates can be printed out in batches, by date range, individually, or reprinted on demand.   Work descriptions are dynamic, changing according to job type selected.  Although limited by space constraints, as a sheet of paper is 8 1/2 by 11", Powermax efficiently utilizes all available space permitting you to customize estimate and invoice descriptions to reflect your personal business preferences and parameters.  Estimates are printed on plain paper, saving you the cost associated with  pre-printed forms. You customize estimate and invoice descriptions to reflect your personal business preferences and parameters.  Estimates can be printed out in two parts, part 1; customer page which is left with the customer, part 2; office/crew page which provides detailed info for the crew or print both pages, it's your choice.  In the event an Estimate description is too extensive to fit on the preprinted form, you may want to supplement one or both of the Powermax forms with your own extensive invoice, contract, proposal, estimate form or Word document.

*Clean Surface & Remove Vegetation from
  Edges.
* Prime Oil & Stains
* Install Hot Crack Filler
* Sawcut Pothole & Replace with Hot Asphalt
* Install Commercial Grade Sealer
* Secure with Fluorescent Tape. Cure 3 to 5
  days.

WARRANTY: We warrant our asphalt Seal coat for the duration of two years, against excessive wear, shrinking, chipping, and flaking. This is provided that our coating is placed over a healthy and stable asphalt pavement surface.


*Priming Of Oil and Stains*
Various areas with oil and grease stains need be dried, cleaned, and primed spot primer compatible with pavement coating.


*Crack Filling*
Clean cracks, dirt, and other loose materials. Ignore hairline and spider web type cracks. Fill with hot crack sealant that will be poured directly into the cracks. 


*seal coating Application*
Sealer will be applied uniformly. Use manual application method.


Customer needs to allow 24 hours before re-opening the repaired and Seal coated surface to traffic.

Total Area Estimator/Calculator

Double clicking any "Square Footage" field opens the Total Area Estimator Window.   Break up larger, more complex areas into smaller areas then use the Area Calculator to find the total square ft.  Clicking on "Insert", puts the calculated value into the "Square Footage" field.   Estimate work crews do simple measurements in the field saving time and providing more accurate surface area totals. Accurate totals reduce waste, increase the bottom line. To open the calculator, double click on the square footage field on any page..




PowerMax Excel estimators provide quick calculations for estimates. Use as a quick calculator or save and complete the estimate over time.
