At the Customer Information Screen,
driving directions or comments
can be stored for a repeat customers.
Directions button on Customer Information Screen:
This information is then made available when
creating a new job for the customer. If there are previously
entered directions, the Stored Directions
button will appear on the Job Detail Screen. The directions
or comments can then be pasted into the new job directions text box
and will then be printed on the estimate or invoice for the work
Job Detail Screen:
When creating a new job with no stored directions, quickly find
directions using the link to the directions web site you choose.
Cut and paste into the job directions box, and the directions will be printed on the
estimates and invoices for that job.
